As a Worldwide Olympic Partner, Visa hosts cardholders, clients and senior executives from around the world at the Games. Across two Olympic Games, I led hospitality operations and shaped the guest experience from arrival to departure.

• Hospitality desk leadership: In Paris, I co-managed the consumer hospitality desk for a global audience of sweepstakes winners, package buyers and incentive guests.

• Staff training: Created and delivered training on communication and hospitality standards. I also wrote the onboarding manual for the digital registration platform, covering the check-in process

• Guest onboarding: Ran registration and gifting for guests arriving in waves, which kept check-in fast and personal at peak times.

• Team leadership: Led on-site hospitality teams so every touchpoint reflected Visa's service standards.
