Stirlingshire, a wealth management platform, needed a booth that projected institutional polish on a casual, beach-side show floor. I led the project from concept to strike.

• Creative: Developed the concept based on client’s needs

• Build: Directed design, engineering and fabrication of the outdoor structure, plus LED wall and touchscreen kiosks

• Budget and vendors: Managed a six-figure budget and coordinated fabrication, AV, logistics and video partners

• On-site: Ran install, show days and teardown, and styled the space with furniture and décor
