As a FIFA Global Partner, Visa hosted clients, consumer winners and senior executives at matches across North America. I led hospitality program from the opening matches through the Final.

• Team leadership: Trained and managed local hospitality staff. I designed and delivered multi-day training on Visa standards, guest service and onboarding.

• Program strategy: Set the guest experience standards and operating procedures for multi-city program and the Global Executive Final Match program.

• Guest operations: Oversaw the team during check-in, credentials, gifting and onboarding for high-profile international business leaders.

• Executive experience: Led delivery of Visa's Final Match program for top executives and hosts, including athlete events with football legends.
