As a Worldwide Olympic Partner, Visa hosted global clients, consumer winners and senior executives at the Winter Games. As Hospitality Lead, I owned the guest experience from arrival to departure and led the teams who delivered it.

• Team leadership: Trained, scheduled and directed on-site hospitality staff so every touchpoint reflected Visa's service standards.

• Executive program: Oversaw hospitality for Visa's global client program, including a dedicated lounge, executive business sessions and networking dinners with Olympic athletes.

• Premium experiences: Delivered curated luxury experiences, including private retail access, cultural tours, sport clinics and fine dining.

• Event operations: Coordinated guest flow to competition venues, which kept a complex multi-venue schedule running smoothly for high-profile guests.
